Returns and Exchange Policy

We work very hard to ensure that our products meet the expectations of our customers. However, if your jewellery doesn’t fit or you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

​We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that eGift Cards are not refundable.

​Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty. Also, we are unable to exchange or refund personalised products.
